1. Management is changing and no one has idea what we are doing especially in Media 2. Revenue is decreasing which has impacted all decisions. No hiring, no backfills. Heads have even said no bonus nxt year and soon there could be layoffs. 3. All departments have different development models and approaches. No consistencies. 4. Development is led by people with Zero or limited tech exposure. 5. No new ideas and multiple teams are developing same concepts. 6. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
