I myself have done 1 year job here, but what is the problem of employees, no one has any meaning till you are doing job then right then cry for salary then for EPF then no one does anything. EPF does not give you any answer for this.

I wss joined Shahia Food Ltd (Dunkin Donuts) last year Feb 6, since joined I was followed all my responsibility and filled my requirements, some management changes, frequently area change, more work pressures I searched for other job also I was selected some other country.  So I plan to end my contract but company said need to pay 16700sar as per your contract which I already agreed and signage, the thing is since I didn't received any contract papers for my reference, after this issue I decided to continue my contract because I can't give that much money also can't wait for 90 days notice so I continued my contract, once I completed one year I ask for Vacation as per my offer letter but HR said need to pay same amount as a deposit for Vacation I said in my offer letter mentioned 22days annual vacation only not mentioned any deposit money, so I asked why I should pay money he said need to pay otherwise your vacation not approved so I skipped my vacation also. On 22nd March my Regional Manager Mr. Ibrahim askme to meet HR Mr. Ashraf in office so I went there to meet, HR said I have to pay Money for car accident this incident was happened on 20th January, I was parked car in front of my villa some strangers person at mid night hited my car and runaway, when I saw this on next day morning I was shocked and called police he registered complaint, then I called Najam he said can't take complaint because should have both the parties then only can register so they left.  I informed my reporting manager, HR and Rental car company, rental car company said make a complaint through Abser so I did many time but every time they said you booked wrong, then I went to office there one person booked through my abser, but that company incharge person said again this one wrong after a month they didn't ask anything. On same day HR Mr. Ashraf said you're terminated but no need to pay anything, I asked why he said as regional head but no any reason and no any documentation about my force exit, HR asked me to write a letter and handover your area to other manager. I don't want to argue with this people so I wrote a letter in that I mentioned Company terminated me when HR saw this one he ask me to write registration letter so I again wrote. My duty was stopped from 23rd still now I'm in room without salary and anything, on 30th April I went to office to check my exit status but HR said need to pay 3500sar for made an accident, I asked that was happened Jan but you asking now he said need to pay money otherwise will not process your exit, I said I'll go labor office to make a complaint HR said go ahead, after arguments I felt we are sleave so no one will listen our voice, I decided to take that money from my end of benefits and do process, later they took some signatures , I was waited 9am to 4pm but they didn't finished my final settlement HR said tomorrow morning but nothing happened, when I called HR again said tomorrow, today also I didn't received. I'm hopeless and depression 😞 , I didn't had 3 times food past 15days due to short of money, i dont know when they'll send me. plan to make my self to kill (suicide) but I'm thinking my lonely mom and family, I have to feed my family I didn't send last two months salary  my kids are studying and this year I have to pay for school fees I don't know what I'll do more thinking on this become mental, If I take any wrong decisions fully responsible for company and management....Read More
