I worked in Duck creek since 1 year and must say the work life balance is so good here. I completely satisfied with the company culture overall. Must recommended duck creek.

For technical people there should be some technical sessions or some training organize time to time so that people can learn some more skills inside organization.

Nice work culture and allows employee to work freely , also here is the good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Many culture events are organized by HR and celebrated or enjoyed properly by employee.
