I have worked with this organisation for 8 year Here is my experience I want to share with you Salary Salary is less compare to market. Overtime is available for grade 7 and below..but again overtime are is very less.. Maximum for supervisor grade (7) is 22 AED per hours. Promotion If you are working with Transmission equipment maintenance department, forget about it..there are people with 20+ years of experience in same position are still waiting for their turn to get promoted. One who has experience in Buttering manager, act like slave in office will has high chace fo get it in 5 years frame. Increment No increment, your joining salary ll be your last salary at time of recruitment.
