I have a salary issue even they said that not to take leaves atleast 1 also. I dislike this because I'm a girl I also there problems but they can't understand that I dislike this point.

The job is quite interesting I struggled a lot in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job. I can grow my skills on that job .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
