Droom is a fake company. The comanay does not even sell 100 vehicles a month but show sales figues in thousands. They pay the dealers to put up fake listings and transactions on the platform. There are vendors in the market who provide customer ids and the same are used on the platform to show fake sale and purchase of vehicles. Company is very visionary but the only problem is lack of execution. The culture is very toxic, with mediocre peer group and self-obsessed leadership. Typical lala company, surviving in the name of start up. Join if it is the end of the world only. No Job security paired with zero days notice period policy.

They called me for an interview and as soon as i walked into the reception, reception guy asked me to wait. I waited for approx 1.5hrs and then all of a sudden hr came and told me, sorry but leave your cv at the reception as interview has been cancelled today. I live in delhi and i commuted to gurgaon for the interview. What kind ofa gesture was that? If you guys are re-scheduling the interviews u must inform a candidate over a call. You don't even know in what state of mind the person is coming. It was a sheer waste of my time and money both.
