Responsibilities :

1. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support business decision-making. Develop detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

2. Advanced Excel Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data analysis tools, to perform complex data analysis and build financial models.

3. Presentation Development: Create professional PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate data insights, trends, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

4. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement within Droom's business operations.

5. Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Propose and implement solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and operations, to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.

7. Data Management: Maintain and manage data accuracy within Google Spreadsheets and other data management tools, ensuring up-to-date information is readily accessible for analysis.

8. KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and support the strategic planning process.

9. Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc data analysis as required to support various business initiatives, providing timely and accurate insights to support decision-making.

10. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare clear and concise documentation of analysis methodologies, findings, and recommendations for use by internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements :

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level), Google Sheets, and data visualization techniques. Familiarity with data analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

4. Presentation Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create impactful presentations from data.

5. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
