Every one in the team gets equal opportunity to work and to lead the project and in r&d. One can learn alot and explore the new things and can even suggest and implement into the work. Always makes us to strive towards the new things and technology.

Dislikes

Coming on alternate Saturdays should be removed, so that employ gets time to develop individually and could also spend productive time in their personal lives. Which indeed increases the productivity by reducing all these stresses that are being accumulated

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
