Coming on alternate Saturdays should be removed, so that employ gets time to develop individually and could also spend productive time in their personal lives. Which indeed increases the productivity by reducing all these stresses that are being accumulated

Glad to work in companies like this, as it provides us with more opportunities to enhance our knowledge and skills. It Provides us with the opportunity to contribute to both our personal growth and the growth of the company.

It would be preferable to have the option to work from home within a month. It's better to have Saturdays off as it can improve our productivity throughout the week.
