Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Because of it placed in hubli they pay very less salary.. And Moreover the HR Manager Mahantesh Mudhol is very worst person, and he doesn't know how to treat the employees and he will cut all employees benefits and very Igoestic person with saddist behavior...
