When I was in that company , I love my job security and career growth , i learnt so many things related to my job, especially communicate to our team members and management.

Dislikes

Good salary, but they are not pay correct time and even they are deducted so many things but not pf . Some time heavy work can't manage also . But there have so much financial and boss issue, they're can't manage properly , they don't know who are working are not , then how can identify my work , then what is my career growth there, so I thought to leave and search a job better reputed company .

Full in charge given the Hole Hub .. So its hard to maintain 8 to 10 Mechanic's. And Tool's and Spare part kits .. As a daily rotien adjusted ..
