Worst company, I don't recommend any well graduated nutrionist to work in this place. B'coz literally have to work as a sales girls talk to ur given client and make them extend their current diet plan to more months. Or pressurise clients to give reference otherwise u will not be allowed to logout for the day. Dr. Reena ( manager) hr bawana will send you zoom link every 1 hr and will eat ur head for reference & monthly extension. Every month u'll be credited different salary ( which will get deducted day by day for not achieving their imaginary targets-₹6 lakhs per month). If your under team lead Sulekha then the pressure is even more ( madam ji won't respond when ur call for any kind of official issue, clients diets problems, software issues) but if she is pressurised by reena & bawana immediately madam ji would call & asks 101 questions. After seeing this negative review, now this reena & bawana will send a zoom link to all the nutritionists,forcing them to share a positive reviews keeping salary as a knife under each one's neck. It's just torture. If you question the management regarding ur lower salary & stuff immediately u'll be fired.

I worked here as a nutritionist,there is no full time role her for nutritionist. You will be paid in pennies but work load is hectic. They recruite you for permanent role but immediately after joining without any notification u will converted as a freelancer. You will not get a proper offer letter and if ur quitting you won't get work experience letter. Per diet you are promised to pay ₹500 (per month) but if you don't achieve the target (5 lakhs per month) then ur pay per diet is ₹400. But even that will not be paid properly coz once they credit ur salary u hardly get 7-8k per month....Read More

Horrible company -worst management - only HR & manager enjoy and get paid in lakhs but all other nutritionist are paid in pennies for working more than 12 hrs a day. Even drivers and a girl who works in Xerox shop earn well.Dont waste ur time here
