The rules and the hierarchy are very good at receiving suggestions. They work towards driving vision

When a woman joins in a higher position than a male who is already in the position there comes the clashes. The upper hierarchy welcomes our work and suggestions whereas middle management tries to poke being woman you cannot work late nights.
