Dr Reddy's Foundation has been one of the best organization I have worked for. Highly supporting managers. The company has always helped it's employees to keep learning new methodologies which makes the working more exciting. There is always a scope for learning something new. The company has always promoted employees to grow. To add on during Covid when so many organisations were downsizing Dr Reddy's made sure that each employee was paid on time and supported so many employees and ensured each employees safety as well. The only area that they can ammend is on medical insurance provided to employees. The amount is pretty less specially looking at the current scenario and the way medical facilities are becoming expensive.

The work life is pretty balanced. At times it gets strenuous when the work pressure increases. But it's manageable. And if you have a good team working under you, working becomes fun and smooth.

Organization Culture set up by the management 2. Benefits provided to employee even though Salary was less. 3. Encourage freshers as a trainers and sometimes Center Associate and trainees can become trainers.

Regional Managers are worst and especially in south zone, They play favouritsm and leaneance towards employees who play secret spy role. 2. Utilizing trainer for training delivery, admission, campaign, center boy, unusual meetings and character assassination and demotivating of employees is high from regional managers. 3. Salary appraisal was very low and performance and manager interest based.

I didn't like much, but the interaction with trainees who showed gratitude and respect was okay. The training with the L&D department wasn't very effective in terms of planning and delivery, but engaging with different trainers from the country was a positive aspect.

It's deeply concerning how this leadership lacks basic work ethics and values. Instances of data manipulation, employee harassment, and favoritism occur daily. A smaller team, including the area head, select trainer- "digital trainer", and regional manager, seems to operate with impunity, making life difficult for other trainers. They shirk their responsibilities, resort to abusive language, and exhibit unprofessional behavior. It's evident that they prioritize their own interests over employee well-being and career development, running the organization as if it were their personal fiefdom. Their tenure of more than 10 years in the organization has allowed them to cultivate strong alliances with other departments, enabling them to manipulate hiring and firing decisions to their advantage. Rather than valuing competence and innovation, they view smart workers with envy and actively conspire to remove them.
