Employee Safety is given the first priority. Work life balance is really good. The employees are supportive and ready to help us in the execution of tasks related to projects but due to the pressure on the production targets they were unable to help us. The projects which we are given are very good and proper execution of these will have direct monetary benefits to the company.

Dislikes

The managers are not ready to guide or mentor us in the projects we are supposed to do which is very much necessary for a fresher. Due to this, our self esteem will be lost. Basically the managers are not ready to take up the ownership of projects as they already have the responsibility of strict production targets.

Work Details

In the first year as a trainee, we have to work on machine efficiency and productivity improvement projects. But the planning or execution of the projects is very slow or sometimes it doesnt happen as there is no proper guidance from the managers.
