Excellent company to work here. Culture is too high & here we all have respects for each individual. Lots of learning scope through training. You can take your own decesion to develope your work or performance with out violating SOP. Only things are salary which need to change. Others benefits are also high as compare to industry.

Dislikes

Nothing at all. Only need to have more increments and other perks.

HRLT - they have their favourites and CHRO- Archana bhaskar don't take any actions on them. Many of HRLT are very adamant Job insecurity. You never know when u r position will be removed.

Promotion/appraisal system here is horrible with no emphasis given on how much you have done. You'll get the same increment as with your peers who aren't contributing much.

Very empowering in certain aspects with people able to take quick decisions as long as they are problem solving. Provides adequate opportunities for senior leadership.

Dislikes

Too many perspectives and too much time spent on alignment! The number of reviews and meetings is overwhelming. It can drain the most passionate people wanting to focus on Strategizing and delivering on the strategy.
