- School kind of culture - Founder will stand behind you to see if you are working or not - No leaves are allowed, if you ask they will say take work from home - no work from home facility - founder always come to you and confus you, which is always irritating - employees are treated as school kids, sharp 10am office presence, sharp 6:30pm logout - Saturday work till 2pm - no social life, only work for dotline they will not allow you to use mobiles, they will not allow you to have a casual conversation, from 10am to 6:30pm you've to only work, and no talking and wasting time, - employee will be harrased to work on sat and sun only to make their work done Such a hopeless company, with terrible work culture Never ever recommand to any one, stay away with this Dotline web media...Read More
