I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Bosco Pnar Multipurpose Vocational Training Centre is open to both boys and girls. What I like the most is I'm part of a Don Bosco Salesian congregation the Catholic religion. Unfortunately the living future is enough to provide my families. Due to salary in insufficient.

The institution is good enough to grow with various trades and training and the works responsibility is very high pressure I would have to work 10 hours with no break. The director and manager is not concern about the works that I do ...no PF, no incentives are provided to the staff and workers.

Job security - Poor

The duty is hour wise system, every hour have to take class e.g from morning 8 to 9 it goes till 6pm without stopping and every Batch there are minimum 30 to 40 students have to trained. But I stay on work to full fill the insituations benefits.
