I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. HR Management is good.

Everyday iam traveling from Doha To Ras Luffan site almost 3.30hrs per day. when everyone get 8+4 hrs for overtime but iam getting 8+1hr It means they don't consider my travel hours, they follow only the finger print punch time. I lost so many hours in last one and half years. Project manager is not listening the issues. I tried and failed.
