Inner politics and Partiality between team members. No job security. Less projects hence stuck in same project and doing same work again and again. Need more projects so that can get many opportunities in working in diff proj and diff areas.

they put all the effort into hiring and 7 months later you're fired because of commercial change that is happening within the company which they didn't forsaw, I really thought this is the company where i will retire, (I really liked it here)
