Service based company,if you are working with cleint they will treat you like prodigal son and treats clients as God. If you don't they will use counter measures to get you off the company.

No such thing like work life balance. If client is mature to follow agile then you can take breathe, if client don't follow agile then forget work life balance. if client ask then manager will also you to extend working hours and will favour only client.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
