In this company is given a compensation is decent and growth is very slow, I have to work 8 to 9 hour a day.

My work is very challenging also I have look after the entire product like credit underwriting, market visit, some operational part, some account part, company is uses as a one man army.

Earlier was good working experience during 2016 to 2021 and then working culture was change which is quite not good health for employee. Over all working culture and appraisal ratings not good yet.

Dislikes

Unnecessary work load create has to forse by sale to do others department which is not good sign to company for healthy portfolio. Unnecessary blamed to people who does work innocent and company purpose as per the policy.
