Our loans can be used for the purchase of flats and construction of plots, renovation and home extensions, secured loans against homes to self-employed and salaried individuals. We use technology at various levels to ensure that our processes are flexible and fast, enabling us to offer creative and tailor-made housing credit solutions to our customers. In the corporate loans space, we offer loans to builders/real estate developers for construction of residential/housing projects and for general corporate purposes as well. We are constantly focussing on expanding our branch network and employee count to enable us to reach more customers and serve them better.
