On time payment. Job security unless you engaged in chori and chori. Values (they say but hardly any one follows at ground level) Vision. Mission.

Dislikes

1. Internal politics during appraisal. They will tell the improvement at the time of appraisal instead on time feed back. 2. Work culture is very orthodox. You always work under pressure of culture. 3. No mental growth at all. 3. You can't provide or express yourself freely to senior. 4. Salary is very less. I will not recommend to join as fresher. 5. Not considering employees personal life while giving transfers. They like come today and tell you report next day to other store wherever it may be 100 km or 200 km far. 6. Every one blows their own trumpet. 7. For seeing only top management is good. But I am in doubt wether they really concerned about downline. 8. Limited exposure while working. 9. Very narrow minded people down the line and specially no one cares. 10. Senior will not guide you properly And when in problem they will cross verify you and in some cases they will investigate. 11. One of the rigid HR policies in the industry.( Employees point of view) 12. Less concern about employee engagement .. Still you join this company keep in mind you are to begin the boaring and monotonous journey of the life....Read More

Work Details

Very destructive. No public holidays( though they pay double for 5 holidays in year) No personal leaves on time. In festive you are expected to work for a month without taking weekly off. After festive season you can take pending offs.
