Main thing is it dlyft don't have systematic management system.. it's MD arwind thinks ki uske pass paisa h to wo company chla lega.. but company don't have a little respect for its employees.. and on shop floor as production engineer you are just a reporter.. you dnt have any power over your team or manpower.. it's their formen or mistery.. who have all power.
