High standard Safety culture and promoting and monitoring it every closely by internally and externally personals.

Dislikes

Mid year appraisals not be given as per the performances of individuals and extra duty hours without any benefits, very slow professional growth.

To maintain fire and safety all over organization sites and ensure every system and equipment should be functional all the time and promoting 100% safety culture .
