Work culture No work life balance They never supported their employees during pandemic. They fired all the trainees during the pandemic at a time where employees needed their support emotionally and financially.

Incentives are good if they are giving on time and you can learn if you will give your 100% which seniors will not understand. Growth is very slow as per other brands.

There are many of the things if i will say but i only want to say to the seniors. Apne employees ke worth pehchan ke phir unhe growth de naaki chamchagiri jo karta h use hi sab mile. In terms of promotion, our own leaves. You guys have to understand whatever the leaves you are giving us that’s for emergency use or if someone wanna take break from the work.
