Incentives are good if they are giving on time and you can learn if you will give your 100% which seniors will not understand. Growth is very slow as per other brands.

In terms of promotion, our own leaves. You guys have to understand whatever the leaves you are giving us that’s for emergency use or if someone wanna take break from the work. Please dont work here especially lenscrafters. The work culture here is pathetic. They just create undue pressure on employee. I will never work in this organisation.
