Nothing!!! During training they teach you nothing about the products they are selling and then the managers will always pressurize the employees for cracking sale and if the employees can't do that they will humiliate them saying " If you can't sell term insurance, you can't do anything in your life". My reporting manager even mademe logout from the dialler system of the company because I was unable to crack a sale. Also they will always call after working hours like 15 to 20 times a day and they will also make you work more than working hours. After my quit, my reporting manager Rahul Bhushan started texting me on Whatsapp saying let's have a physical relationship, come and meet me, I have left DJT and opened my own company come to my office and I will give you designation of Team Leader with 45K package etc. I blocked him from everywhere but then he started calling and texting me again from his other number, I texted him "Stop texting me or I will report against you in DJT" but that doesn't stopped him.
