As of now, didn't like anything about Dixon.

Dislikes

Strict working hours, which has dissolved in today's time. Negligible employee benefits for below AVP grade employees. Toxic working culture in some of the department. Toxic dept head's behaviour with women in some of the department. No one to be trusted. No whistleblower policy.
