The ownership is very nice and understands employee and the management skills required to run the business.

The people below owners are very egoistic and if they are not treated as boss is always right they will mentality harass you and can lead to loosing your job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. I am always thankful to Dishman because I spent around 15 years of my life in Dishman. Good work environment and culture. But even after spending a huge time of my life in Dishman with honesty, hard working and loyalty, I have lost my job during COVID-19 lockdown. I had request a lot to management for my job and my dedications towards company and asked for giving some time to find new job.
