There is so much work which is a good opportunity to learn but in a very difficult environment.

Very bad work culture and very unprofessional environment. Even senior management behaves very unprofessionally. Anyone can scold or abuse you at any place be it meeting room or workstation, Infront of juniors or in mail keeping whole world in CC. Managers are trained for micromanagement even at senior level. If you need to survive here, you need to be one of them. Be a micromanager or postman who keeps passing all information from bottom to top. Managers believe in pointing out fingers to juniors and complaining about them instead of supporting or nurturing them. Greater Noida office is a kind of warehouse where you need to work. Workstations are in very poor condition and not hygienic at all. There is only company cafeteria who serves substandard food at higher rate and there is no other option for food or drinks. Work quality and volume. You have multiple things to learn but in a very uncontrolled and unorganised way which is very difficult.

Very bad Work culture, there is no professionalism at all in organisation at any level. Even senior management behaves in a very unprofessional way. HRs will never respond to any important mails. Any senior person can insult you any time and at any place, be it meeting room, work station, infront on juniors or other teams. Work force is also kind of lower grade, most of the people come from non technical background who have done some courses and now been employed here. Greater Noida work location is very bad and work stations are in very poor condition. You will feel like working in a factory located in some remote area deprived from all basic facilities. If you want to take leave or want to go early then you can however you have to be available after office hours. Also technical people are good and very supportive.

Work management is very poor, everything you have to do on urgent basis. Company policies are very poor like: exit policy, variable policy Its like a ‘Jail’… If you want to exit then either you have to abscond or serve 90 days np… no buyout option. You have to be available 24*7…. Production issues mostly occurs during night time and you have to be available at that time also next morning you have to come office on time.
