Higher management don't bother what their employees doing they love to stay within their comfort zone. Zone level bosses waste company's money in unnecessary trip and accommodation where off role employees struggle with their horrible package. No action against data and feedback collected from market. service is horrible and sales team struggle for them.those are lucky who have good knowledge of oiling and battering. Management can do everything without any notice, a morning my boss called me and ask to resign my whole team with me without any prior notice while my team was doing best in my region and when I got my release letter It shows I leave my job for personal issue.
