Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. If you want to take leave or want to go early then you can however you have to be available after office hours. Also technical people are good and very supportive.

Dislikes

Work management is very poor, everything you have to do on urgent basis. Company policies are very poor like: exit policy, variable policy Its like a ‘Jail’… If you want to exit then either you have to abscond or serve 90 days np… no buyout option. You have to be available 24*7…. Production issues mostly occurs during night time and you have to be available at that time also next morning you have to come office on time. No comp-off for weekend or late night working. Office location is very bad....Read More

Dislikes

No personal life. You will enforce to work on week off days. No work standard here. The work pressure is very high. Work always come at day end and enforce to stretch to complete it on same day. We have to work 14-15 hours every day. Managers do not value an individual. You always ask to come on Saturday and Sunday unnecessary.

Work Details

Generally my work is for change in their software to meet the business goal. Note u will never get enough time to complete the task for that u have to work 14-15 hour per day. N even when u stretch n work to complete the task u will never get appreciated.
