The company is open to innovation abd readily adopts latest technology. I loved the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high base. My salary fourty thousand per month and huge insentive every month and my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes I have work 12 to 14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls. I am work in dishtv 3 years

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
