It's my first company to get hands on experience into the work culture. As myself not from the dairy background however everyone accepted myself and gave me the platform to learn and grow up. Dinshaw's is an ultimate platform to learn various kinds of foods parameters and provides exposure to understand how things works ironically, With the parameters set and teaches everyone how to keep the products into the promised value. Dislikes

The light cannot be expressed without the dark hence with lots of good elements in the industry there are pretty much negative things I've explored. The Dinshaw's community looks like an orthodox community where the growth is deemed and hence the Payscale is quite normal than usual, somewhere, mismanagement and lack of understandingor mutualism can be observed between the departments. The company is quite old and kept their employees happy but unsatisfied by the work culture.
