Likes

1) VP of the company is not a good person. Having political mind, not giving any respect to the employees. Putting wrong pressure. Employees are working in fear. 2) Owner and MD Mr Jimmy Rana is excellent person giving respect to all the Employees. But unfortunately he has hand over the work ( Factory)to Mr Shusil Verma and kept with him sales,marketing & Account .

I worked for 30 years, and only think for growth of the company but VP Mr Shusil Verma has spoiled all my hard work and the last days of my life.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
