The main strength of Company is machine power and material Power. House rent policy is also very good as compared to other companies.

Dislikes

Non technical staff like Vehical , Fuels are more powerful in company compared to Technical staff because they are in direct contact with CEO. There is no respect for Engineers in Company. Company treat Engineer, supervisor, drivers in same way.
