Entire IT department decision taking power is on one man in the company, who does not even give reply or rejects the permission without understanding the situation or having a discussion. Even HR is not helpful and always take the side of management.

There is one manager whose name is mayur he pretends that he is the owner of the company and treats employee like a slave.
