Entire IT department decision taking power is on one man in the company, who does not even give reply or rejects the permission without understanding the situation or having a discussion. Even HR is not helpful and always take the side of management.

Working environment is not good at all and manager's are toxic putting on pip for talking in stairs with friends and going for lunch more than 1hr sometimes and playing politics in team and the behavior is also not the same with everyone in the team. Worst company ever and very bad work culture compared to other IT companies. Developers should not join there they don't respect their employees and management is also worst there. There is one manager whose name is mayur he pretends that he is the owner of the company and treats employee like a slave.
