Lets you do what you want to do as long as you are taking the responsibility of it.

Dislikes

No integrity or honor within the Leadership. Company has a Hire and Fire culture and has already gotten into pretty troublesome situations in the past because of this. Still works like a start-up and not a large scale organization.

Visibility, learning, you can easily get access to tools and systems if you need them to do your job, ownership

Dislikes

pay doesnt depend on how much you work, no bonus, benefits are peanuts, promotions are not transparent, very low hikes compared to many other bangalore companies.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
