The company culture is good, we can find people who are willing to help even they have a plentiful in their hands. The chances of meeting like-minded people are also high.

Dislikes

As a management trainee, often I have to work with people who are much older than me and who are senior, the chances of ending up being the scrap goat is also high, and I always keep an eye for such possibilities.

It is the worst company that anyone could ever join, Firstly they will give you position of Agency manager and after there works get done they will drag you to lower hierarchy in short they will use you and this incident happened in Vapi valsad by senior manager, managers dont have knowledge about any product they are just chilling on the chair and everytime ask for premium even they aren't supportive at all they will '' BACK STAB '' you whenever you need them to support , dont you dare to ask for increments and promotions because it will hurt there ego , increment is very less if you are making efforts They create rumours between employee to employee so that they can have fun They just dont care about you they only care about premium Specially SOUTH GUJARAT team the managers are worst of worst they are just enjoying there life at the fullest Still i am the present employee cant say anything or else they will fire me too...Read More

No Benefits in pay or in-office, Extremely limited leaves, Insurance certification a must for all, that is totally unnecessary for Tech-Analytics-DS teams. No WFH at all. Difference in pay for different people, although college tier being same, for same designation. Team is always over-worked

Everything is dislike. HOD manages everything. Managers are just to approve your request on portal, that also first should be approved from HOD. Worst company to work from a employee’s view. Once someone entered this company, can only came out as an unemployed. Have certain rules for women, but managers only scold women in meeting room for hours. 1. No WFH some senior people enjoying WFH but anyone who required WFH in genuine issue Manager are not providing. 2. No facility for food , good food, No Cab. 3. HR is completely Puppet they are not able to do anything whatever manager will HR will do, they don't have the power. 4. Lot of favoritism is happening. 5. Very toxic work culture. 6. WFH is biggest issue if not possible don't give any one but some people enjoying WFH and some of the people are not getting is not equality. All HR is puppet. If You have any other company offer then don't join Digit you will regret till last. Or take it offer letter for counter only don't excite to join, Wrost company ever seen in my life.
