Working environment is not good at all and manager's are toxic putting on pip for talking in stairs with friends and going for lunch more than 1hr sometimes and playing politics in team and the behavior is also not the same with everyone in the team. In short worst company and management i ever seen.

Everything is dislike. HOD manages everything. Managers are just to approve your request on portal, that also first should be approved from HOD. Worst company to work from a employee’s view.
