There's nothing to like about Digiperform. Never been in a cheap company like this. never provided salary on time. fake promises..

Dislikes

Digiperform is a complete disaster. unprofessionalism, no work ethics and the worst leads make it a nightmare. Management is inaccessible, offering no training and learning opportunities. It's one man rule with dominating and illiterates individuals. the company, true to its name, Digiperform is all about fake promises and zero commitment. I loved to go there every day to work because of stress free environment by to faculty and staff over there.. has a great experience with digiperform.

Dislikes

Management was just so stupid.. nthng was manageable and the way they fire anyone in one min only.. if they decide that you are not good fit for company. They will just call you and tell you one day that you don't have to come from today onwards.

Unfortunately, I didn't like anything about that company. They believe in hire n fire policy even if employees have been working for many years. Still there isn't any stability for employees.

Company's work culture is horrible. A lot of pressure they put on their employees, people working there can not have their own life to live. They can give you official call out of the working hours that can be morning or night. Salary issues, work culture issues, management issues, stability issues.
