Job security is 100% in this company. Teammates are supportive & management also good. Not good environment in company. Company policies are not good for employees & not giving the salary hike as much need of expectations .

Carrier Growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before we cannot resign & Rs.2000 deduction in per month in 2 year bond...& it will deposited after completion of 3 yeas in company.....

The job is quite different . I struggled in the beginning as there is no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got change to handle man power in individual shift & Now I am happy with that....
