It takes a lot of time to get back that money. We have been asked to work on NML area at the same we have been receiving remark from management that we are not keeping manpower . As an employee, you will be able to access industry-leading tools at works. Exposure to major industrial sectors is with a wide range of wear-resistant products is good. You've got a lot to learn especially when it's related to engineering. Though they don't have any patented products but still their way to understand and develop engineering concepts is very good.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes the workload is very high and the tasks become repetitive with time. There is no work-life balance. Sometimes the execution of hard-earned orders is not that proper that it should be. Very improper and unorganised system to answer customer complaints. Deliveries are almost delayed nobody cares about it except myself as I am facing the customer. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
