Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes the workload is very high and the tasks become repetitive with time. There is no work-life balance. Sometimes the execution of hard-earned orders is not that proper that it should be. Very improper and unorganised system to answer customer complaints. Deliveries are almost delayed nobody cares about it except myself as I am facing the customer<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals</mark>.
