Team members, work culture,systems, skill building, job security, career growth is good and depends upon the ones own ability and hard work. Travel is tremendous, fieldwork is much and at grass root level, DHAN is not free from internal politics, scope for learning and innovation, tough to maintain family and work balance.

Every thing I liked and work for 13 years, how ever; l felt stagnated, at one point of time i sensed the top management does not like my open feed back and pointing the draw back in decision making and participatory decision making has put on back foot and trend of imposing the opinions on others by the top management disliked me and felt leave the organisation.

It was exciting for me and enjoyed the work than internal politics of the organisation, hence I left at appropriate time after serving 13 years
