No Pros. Keep on changing policies. Don't have sufficient work for individuals and keep on doing irregular hirings without even getting project confirmation.

DTDL says it is part of Deutsche Telekom (Germany) but it does not feel like that at all. DTDL feels like a service based company that is providing its services to a client i.e. DT We do not have ownership on the product. We just do what the client says (DT) and thus it does not really feel that you are building something. Even the HR portal is different for DTDL ( they are using Darwinbox which only startups or mid sized company uses) than DT. mail domain does not have DT in it. You cannot find DT co workers on your teams (different domain) You won't get the exclusivity that you should get when working for DT...Read More
