In all through pandemic , Design boxed helped their employees both financially and mentally . It is so good to see when all companies and businesses are hopeless for their employees , DB's management show their affection for their employees.

At times you have to travel in night for long hours but it is challenging and interesting.

Best part of being part of ground team, one get to travel alot. I had some real great moments while working. Everyday is like a new challenge. Every day is all about seeing new people. Being part of ground team is like exploring new emotion's every single moment. And in the last our boss Mr Naresh Arora is full of positive energy, he's is always there for his team.

For many people working hours are big problem, as they dont end at all. But it's normal thing, one cant stop during election time, that is time for no sleep just hustling and enjoying the political energies. The only problem according to me would be no appreciation by some of the seniors and taking credit of other people work. I really hope that they appreciate for what output they are getting by the workers, because if you want your team to be strong and happy, you have to pump up them with appreciation, Value them plus salary should be according to a employee's experience and skills rest everything is good.
