In all through pandemic , Design boxed helped their employees both financially and mentally . It is so good to see when all companies and businesses are hopeless for their employees , DB's management show their affection for their employees.

Dislikes

At times you have to travel in night for long hours but it is challenging and interesting.

Best part of being part of ground team, one get to travel alot. I had some real great moments while working. Everyday is like a new challenge. Every day is all about seeing new people. Being part of ground team is like exploring new emotion's every single moment. And in the last our boss Mr Naresh Arora is full of positive energy, he's is always there for his team.

Dislikes

For many people working hours are big problem, as they dont end at all. But it's normal thing, one cant stop during election time, that is time for no sleep just hustling and enjoying the political energies. The only problem according to me would be no appreciation by some of the seniors and taking credit of other people work. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
